16 Oct live streaming EVENT FOR BASF
The Watermelon Forum is one of the most important annual events for Nunhems, the BASF Group’s horticultural seed division. Each edition brings together experts in the cultivation, distribution and sale of watermelons from all over Italy, but, following the health crisis, the physical event has been suspended.
It was therefore decided to hold the meeting in live streaming and we created it, taking care of every single aspect: promotion, video training of the speakers, selection of a location with high-power gigabit band for streaming transmission, technical support for audio / direction video, preparation of the live chat, broadcasting.
The keynote – lasting one hour – was broadcast live and saw the succession of various speakers who illustrated different topics, using the slides that they could show simultaneously even to customers connected from home.
At the end of the presentations, the experts answered the doubts of the customers, who were able to interact through the chat managed by a moderator. The many questions received showed how the broadcast kept the public’s attention high.
The event also took into account the health and hygiene prevention measures indicated by the Italian Ministry of Health: the guests were appropriately spaced and each microphone was disinfected before passing from one person to another.
